Sika offers digital AI-powered interview tools through sikaforyou.com. We do not sell physical products. Because our platform allows users to test key features before subscribing, refunds are generally not issued for active billing periods, except under special verified circumstances.

2. Try Before You Subscribe

All users can explore Sika’s tools before upgrading to a paid plan. Paid plans unlock higher limits and additional premium features such as real-time assistance, interview analytics, and detailed transcripts.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew automatically.

  • Cancel via your dashboard, by email (support@sikaforyou.com), or through support chat.
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the next billing date may still result in one final renewal charge due to payment processor timing.
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period after activation.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 3 business days and may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or card account, depending on your payment provider.

In total, refund completion typically occurs within 3–14 business days from the date of approval.
