1. Introduction

Welcome to Sika (“Sika”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Sika and govern your access to and use of our website (sikaforyou.com), applications, and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Services Description

Sika provides interview assistance tools, including a real-time assistant that offers discreet cues during interviews, and post-call transcripts & analysis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, update details promptly, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk.

4. Fair Use

Usage limits may apply per plan. We may monitor usage and take action against abuse, including automation, account sharing, or attempts to bypass usage limits.

5. Responsible Use & Prohibited Activities

  • Do not use Sika for illegal activity or in violation of interview/exam rules.
  • Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation tools.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with your employer’s or interviewer’s policies.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans require upfront payment for the selected billing period and generally auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are processed securely (e.g., Razorpay). Taxes may apply. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property & License

All content and software within the Services are owned by Sika or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of your submitted content, granting Sika a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with third-party platforms, or specific interview results.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIKA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sika, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, submitted content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security risks, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Relevant sections, including liability limitations, will survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jharkhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
